Kız kardeşler çemberinin parçası olarak vahşi dişil özünüzün derinliklerindeki bilgeliği serbest bırakın. Doğa ananın derin sevgisi tarafından kucaklanarak kendi derin doğamıza ve gizemlerimize doğru bir yolculuğa çıkacağız. Davulun ritmi, ritüeller, rahim yogası, kutsal dans, organik hareketler ve şarkılarla rahim gücümüzün büyüsü ile iletişime geçeceğiz.
Bu kadın buluşması, dişiliğin derinliklerine bir davet. Shakti enerjisini hissetmeye, beslemeye ve büyütmeye; vücudumuzun ay döngüsünü, elementlerin içimizdeki oyununu ve menstrüel döngümüzün armağanlarını anlamaya ve onurlandırmaya bir davet.
Kalp-rahim bağlantısının keşfi ve Doğa Ana ile olan bağımız sayesinde, içimizdeki öğretmenin bilgeliği ve sezgisi ile olan ilişkimizi güçlendirecek ve besleyecek; ehlilleştirilmemiş iç titreşimimizle yeniden bağ kuracağız.

Unleash the wisdom held in the depth of your wild feminine essence within a circle of sisters. Held by the deep love of Mother Nature we will journey into our own deep nature and her mysteries, connecting with the magic of our womb power through the rhythm of the drum, rituals, womb yoga, sacred dance, organic movements and chanting.
This women gathering is an invitation to dive into the deep feminine, feeling, nurturing and building up the energy of Shakti, understanding and honoring the lunar cycles in our body, the play of the elements in ourselves and the gifts of our menstrual cycle.
Through the exploration of the hearth-womb connection and our relation with Mother Earth, we will empower and nourish our relationship with the wisdom and intuition of our inner teacher, reconnecting with our deep untamed vibration.
Bring an object that connects you with the spirit of the Wild Feminine, a notebook, colours, comfortable clothes with which you feel beautiful, and, if you have it, a frame drum.
Our journey will be supported by different tools and technique:
-Sisters circle, reconnecting with the power of women sitting together in deep trust and celebration, enhancing and reclaiming the power of the uniqueness of each woman experience
-Dance and organic movements, allowing the flow of the energy to guide our deep inner movements, expressive our creative potential
-Womb yoga, healing and exploring the sweetness and the power of our feminine root and her connection with our heart.
-Yin yoga, surrendering to the call of Mother Earth, allowing our body just to BE
-Rituals, releasing wounds and old memories we don't need anymore, remembering and celebrating our natural mystical connection to the Great Mother
-Drumming, reconnecting with our unique inner rhythm and the rhythm of the Earth
-Chanting, unleashing our voices and creative inner sound
-Menstrual Cycle Awareness, diving deep in our cyclical nature, reclaming the power and the wisdom we are encoded with in our female body

ABOUT MARTA
Since she was a child, Marta has been fascinated with the mystery held in ancient stories and mythology around the Great Mother and the Deep Feminine. Called by Her voice, she has been travelling around the world, researching, learning and deepening the connection with Her vibration, realizing how powerful this connection becomes when women gather together and honor Her presence within themselves.
Her inner quest brought her in contact with different healing traditions, practices (different kind of yoga, sacred dance, drumming, chanting) and sacred medicine from different culture, enhancing and nourishing her call to serve and honor the Feminine, the female body and her cyclical essence.
Her deep love and connection with Nature have taken her to live wildly in the forest for period of time in different places of the world. She has created a space for women to gather in the wild heart of the forest of the Cevennes mountains in Southern France.

End: 15th October after lunch (late lunch at 14.00)
Course will be held in English with Turkish translation.
