Date: November 15–22, 2025
Location: IBAH Hotel / Indonesia Bali

Overview
Bali, often referred to as the Island of the Gods, is steeped in the philosophy of Sekala-Niskala—the balance of the seen (sekala) and unseen (niskala) worlds. This retreat invites you on a magical journey of exploration. You will be immersed in Bali’s unrivaled tangible natural beauty as well as its mystical spiritual traditions.

Split between the cultural heart of Ubud and the tranquil mountains, waterfalls, and shores of Les in North Bali, the retreat combines luxurious comfort with natural serenity. There will be beautiful nature hikes, waterfalls, yoga flows, Balinese rituals, pilgrimages, temples, and cultural wisdom. You will also discover practical Ayurvedic tools to bring balance back home into your daily life.

Join me for what will be truly a transformative journey of connection, healing, and self-discovery. November is a magical time—the end of the dry and high season, just before the rains begin—quieter and more mystical than other times of the year.
